Cold Harbour Heating and Air Houston has been answering calls in this city since 2003, and the people who show up at your door are the reason homeowners keep calling back. Our Houston crew is a small, tight group of technicians and coordinators who work the same way on every job: say the price before the work, show up when we said we would, leave the place cleaner than we found it, and put the guarantee in writing. We’re independently owned and operated, part of the Kingswell network, and every person on this team follows The Kingswell Way. That means five values, no exceptions, on every single call in Houston.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Victor Mancini – Owner and Lead HVAC Technician
Victor founded Cold Harbour Heating and Air Houston in 2003, and he still runs diagnostics on the hardest calls himself. He holds Texas state licensing and has spent more than two decades working on residential HVAC systems across Houston’s older neighborhoods, where undersized ductwork and humidity problems hide behind every other return vent. Victor is the one who wrote the 365-Day Done Right Promise into the company’s paperwork, and he’s the guy who answers the phone when a complicated repair needs a second opinion. He’ll tell you a Houston August isn’t the time to guess at a compressor issue, and he means it.
Marcus T. – Senior Installer
Marcus has been installing residential AC and furnace systems in Houston for over fifteen years, and he’s the technician we send when a full system replacement needs to run without a hiccup. He’s factory-trained on Carrier, Trane, and Lennox equipment, and he handles the load calculations on every installation so the new system actually matches the house, not just the square footage. Marcus is quietly particular about duct sealing and drain lines, the two things that cause most Houston installs to fail early. Outside work, he rebuilds old motorcycles in his garage and complains about the same heat everyone else does.
Danielle R. – Service Coordinator
Danielle is the voice on the other end of the line when you call Cold Harbour Heating and Air Houston, and she’s been with the company for nine years. She schedules every job, keeps the technician’s route tight so the four-hour window we give you is a window we actually hit, and she’s trained to ask the right questions when a homeowner calls in with a system that won’t start. Danielle knows the difference between a tripped breaker and a failing capacitor just from listening to how the unit sounds over the phone. She’s the reason our phone coverage never drops to voicemail, no matter the hour.
Devon P. – Apprentice Technician
Devon joined the crew in 2023 after completing HVAC training, and he rides along on service calls and installations across Houston six days a week. He’s currently working toward his full technician certification, and Victor has him focused on electrical diagnostics, refrigerant line care, and condenser maintenance before he runs jobs on his own. Devon grew up in Humble and has an easy way of explaining what a compressor does without talking down to anyone. He’s the one who double-checks the work area after each call to make sure not a screw cap or wire tie is left behind.
One Standard, Every Job
The Kingswell network links independently owned HVAC businesses across Texas under the same written standards, and our Houston team follows them without bending. Every repair gets a written price before work begins, every repair gets a written guarantee that lasts a full 365 days, and if that repair fails within the year, we return and fix it at no charge. No argument, no fine print, no case-by-case judgment call. Victor holds the whole crew to the name itself: a cold harbour was a roadside shelter where travelers waited out bad weather. Our job in Houston is to be the same thing for your house, whether it’s July or January, and to do the work right the first time.
